So, what’s your dog’s favorite outdoor adventure? I’m Dr. Stacey, a shelter veterinarian passionate about adventuring in the great outdoors with my dogs and helping others do the same. I teach people how to be their dog’s first responder when veterinary care isn’t nearby. With an extensive wilderness EMS background in search and rescue as well as veterinary medicine, I help pet parents go from helpless and panicked on the trail to confident and competent when their dog needs them the most. If you adventure with your dog or want to learn how, awesome! I send out a newsletter once per week with dog first aid tips and stories from the trail. Sometimes I throw in gear reviews if I find something too good not to share and sometimes interesting stories from my life as a shelter vet. All good vibes and high fives.
