Last Fall, I had Claude help me create an amazing content plan to grow my YouTube channel. The ideas were great, the strategy was solidβbut guess what? I. Never. Did. It. π¦π¦π¦ Because: a plan without a SYSTEM is just a wish! My AI HackBut I figured out a great hack that I have to share with you! This literally transformed my productivity: After creating a marketing plan, I ask Claude to format it as a file that I can import directly into my calendar. Every task gets assigned a specific time slot that works for my life with all the details I need right in the notes. No more planning and forgetting. No more "how do I get started?" If it's on my calendar with all the details, it HAPPENS. Use This Prompt π€©Want to try this yourself? Here's my exact prompt: "Create a text file for this marketing plan. Assign tasks to Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings, plus Wednesday afternoon. Include realistic time estimates (I have about 10 hours each week to dedicate to this and need it all done in 8 weeks). Put important details in the notes so I know exactly what to do when I look at each calendar appointment." When you get the text file, copy and paste it into an app like TextEdit on mac. Then save it with the .ics extension. For example: MarketingPlan.ics Once it's saved to your desktop, you can import it to your ical, google cal or any other calendar system.
