The low temp here in Pittsburgh is -12! Heavy snow is expected in Texas. Across the Rockies, the wind chill could be 55 degrees below zero at times!

That is too cold to walk the dog!

I've had thousands of visitors to this blog post over the weekend. People trying to figure out how cold is too cold to walk the dog.

But just because we're on "potty breaks only" mode for the next couple of days doesn't mean we're not going to have fun and make the most of every day.

So, here's what you can do instead of a walk outside!

Indoor Enrichment Ideas:

• Build a Busy Box (our personal fave!)
• Snuffle Mats (if you don't have one, they're easy to make)
• Hide and Seek around the house
• Turn on DogTV or relaxing dog music
• Scent games like the muffin tin game or a scavenger hunt
• Indoor agility course
• Smear plain yogurt or peanut butter on a lick mat
